I have high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. So when it came time to find a new dentist, I was less than thrilled. Battle Ground Smiles Dentistry was great from the time I walked in. The receptionist were both great greeting me when I walked in, making it more comfortable and bringing my anxiety down a little. Emily, the dental assistant, took my x-rays and Dr. Ganji took me into his office and showed me the x-rays and went over my dental and medical history. He was very kind and relaxed and that helped me relax. I was then taken into an exam room where the Dr. Ganji did the exam and we talked about treatment plans and a treatment schedule. At the end, I was taken out to the reception desk where they helped me schedule my next appointment. At my next appointment, the dental hygienist, Ilona, did my intensive cleaning and was very gentle and was great at explaining everything she was doing and gave me great tips for aftercare. Overall both experience's were really good and I would highly recommend the team to anyone who has high anxiety about going to the dentist. Thanks everyone at Battle Ground Smiles!☺️
